Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Nebula Interactive, LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("Nebula Interactive," "we," "us," or "our"), and govern your use of any apps, games, websites, or other software products we make available (collectively, the "Apps"). By downloading, installing, or using any of our Apps, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our Apps.

1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use our Apps. If you are between 13 and the age of legal majority in your country, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf. Individual Apps may impose higher age requirements where appropriate, as specified in the App's store listing or in-app disclosures.
2. Your Account
To use our Apps you may be required to sign in using a third-party authentication method (such as your Google or Apple account) as specified by each App. You are responsible for:
- Keeping your account credentials secure
- All activity that occurs under your account
- Notifying us promptly at support@nebulainteractivellc.com if you suspect unauthorized access
You agree to provide accurate information and not impersonate anyone else. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
3. License to Use Our Apps
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use our Apps on devices you own or control, solely for your own non-commercial use.
You may not:
- Copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, or create derivative works of our Apps
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble our Apps except to the extent that applicable law expressly permits
- Use our Apps in any way that violates applicable law
- Use bots, scripts, automation, modified clients, memory editors, or any tool to manipulate App behavior, gain unfair advantages, inflate scores, or extract content
- Attempt to access parts of our Apps or our systems you are not authorized to access
- Create multiple accounts to evade bans, manipulate rankings, or abuse promotions
- Use our Apps to harass, abuse, or harm others
- Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices
We may terminate your access if you do any of these.
4. Purchases and Subscriptions
Some of our Apps offer optional in-app purchases or subscriptions. The following terms apply:
- Payments are processed by the app store (such as Google Play or the Apple App Store) from which you obtained the App. Your purchase is governed by that store's terms and refund policy in addition to these Terms.
- What you are buying: a non-transferable, revocable license to access additional content or features within the App. You do not own the content.
- Entitlements are tied to your store account. If you sign in with the same store account on a different device, you can typically restore your purchases using the App's Restore Purchases option.
- Subscriptions auto-renew until you cancel. You can cancel through your store account settings; the subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.
- Pricing: prices shown are inclusive of any taxes the app store is required to collect. Prices may change for future purchases or renewals, but changes will not affect purchases already completed.
- Refunds: refund requests are handled by the app store according to its policy. We do not directly issue refunds. If you believe you have been charged in error, contact the app store first; you may also contact us at support@nebulainteractivellc.com and we will assist where possible.
- Loss of access: if your store account is terminated or suspended, you may permanently lose access to your purchases. We are not responsible for such loss.
- No real-world value: any virtual scores, ranks, statistics, achievements, or in-app items have no monetary value, cannot be redeemed for real money, and cannot be transferred between accounts.
5. Advertising
Some of our Apps display advertisements served by third-party advertising networks (such as Google AdMob). We do not control the specific ads shown to you. Ad behavior is governed by our Privacy Policy and the relevant network's policies. We are not responsible for the content of, or your interactions with, third-party advertisers.
6. User Content and Public Information
Some of our Apps allow information you provide to be visible to other users (for example, leaderboards, rankings, or shared content). Where this applies:
- Your display name (typically derived from your account profile) and certain activity may be visible to other users of the App
- You are responsible for ensuring you are comfortable with this name being displayed
- Any content you submit must comply with these Terms and applicable law
7. Intellectual Property
Our Apps and all of their contents — including source code, artwork, audio, design, brand assets, names, and logos — are the property of Nebula Interactive, LLC or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Open-source software components included in our Apps are governed by their respective licenses, available within the App or upon request.
8. Service Availability
We aim to keep our Apps available and functional, but we do not guarantee that they will always be available, error-free, or uninterrupted. We may, at any time and without notice:
- Modify, suspend, or discontinue any App or feature
- Limit access to certain features
- Perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability
- Change pricing for future purchases or subscriptions
We are not liable for any loss caused by such changes.
9. Disclaimers
OUR APPS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTIES ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE.
WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT OUR APPS WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR FREE OF DEFECTS, NOR THAT ANY INFORMATION OR CONTENT IS ACCURATE OR COMPLETE.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEBULA INTERACTIVE, LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, MEMBERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH OUR APPS OR THESE TERMS, REGARDLESS OF THE LEGAL THEORY.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF OUR APPS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US (THROUGH THE APP STORE) IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS (USD $100.00).
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability for incidental or consequential damages. In those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the smallest amount permitted by law.
11. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Nebula Interactive, LLC and its officers, members, and employees from any claim, demand, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:
- Your use of our Apps
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any law or third-party right
12. Termination
You may stop using our Apps at any time. You may also request deletion of your account by emailing support@nebulainteractivellc.com.
We may suspend or terminate your access to any of our Apps at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (such as Intellectual Property, Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and Governing Law) will survive.
If we terminate your account for cause, you will not be entitled to a refund of any purchases.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you within the relevant App or on our website and update the "Last Updated" date at the top. Your continued use of our Apps after the changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using our Apps.
14. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or our Apps will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
If you live in a country whose consumer protection laws give you mandatory rights that cannot be overridden by contract (such as members of the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or other jurisdictions), this section does not affect those rights, and you may bring proceedings in your home country's courts where required.
15. Miscellaneous
- Entire Agreement. These Terms (together with the Privacy Policy) constitute the entire agreement between you and Nebula Interactive regarding our Apps and supersede any prior agreements.
- No Waiver. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of that provision.
- Severability. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
- Assignment. You may not assign these Terms. We may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
- No Agency. Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, joint venture, employment, or agency relationship.
- Force Majeure. We are not liable for any delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control.

Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Nebula Interactive, LLC ("Nebula Interactive," "we," "us," or "our"), a Wyoming limited liability company, collects, uses, and shares information when you use any of our apps, games, websites, or other software products (collectively, "Apps"). Specific Apps may have additional in-app privacy disclosures that supplement this policy.

1. Information We Collect
The information we collect depends on which App you use and how you interact with it.
Account Information
When you sign in to one of our Apps using a third-party authentication provider (such as Google or Apple), we receive from that provider:
- Your name
- Your email address
- A unique account identifier
- Your profile picture URL (if available)
We use this to create and authenticate your account.
Activity and App Usage Data
As you use our Apps, we may collect and store:
- Content you create or submit within the App (such as scores, statistics, profiles, conversation history, or other in-app content)
- Settings and preferences you configure
- In-progress state, so you can resume where you left off
- Records of any in-app purchases or subscriptions you have made
The specific data collected varies by App and is described in each App's in-app privacy disclosures.
Content You Submit (where applicable)
Some of our Apps allow you to submit content for processing, such as:
- Text messages or descriptions
- Voice recordings (which may be transcribed)
- Photos or screenshots (which may be analyzed)
Where applicable, this content may be sent to third-party AI service providers (such as OpenAI or Anthropic) for processing. Providers process the content according to their own privacy policies and do not use your content to train their models without your consent.
Purchase Information
When you make an in-app purchase or subscribe to one of our Apps:
- Payments are processed by the relevant app store (such as Google Play or the Apple App Store) — we never see or store your credit card or payment information
- We receive a purchase token, the product ID purchased, and the purchase timestamp
- We use this to grant access to the content or features you purchased
Advertising Data (in Apps that show ads)
Some of our Apps display advertisements served by third-party advertising networks (such as Google AdMob). These networks collect information independently of us, which may include:
- Your device's advertising identifier
- Your IP address (used to estimate coarse location)
- Information about your device (model, operating system, language)
- Interactions with ads (impressions, clicks)
The advertising network uses this information to serve and measure ads, including personalized ads where permitted. We do not access this data ourselves.
What We Do NOT Collect
- We do not collect your precise location (GPS).
- We do not access your contacts, files outside the App, or other personal data without explicit permission.
- We do not use your submitted content (text, voice, photos, or other input) for any purpose other than providing the App's functionality.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Authenticate you and maintain your account
- Provide each App's functionality (such as saving your scores, history, content, or progress)
- Sync your data across devices when you sign in
- Process and verify in-app purchases and subscriptions
- Serve ads through third-party networks (in Apps that show ads)
- Provide customer support when you contact us
- Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and violations of our Terms of Service
- Comply with legal obligations
3. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your information with third parties for their marketing purposes.
We share information only with the service providers required to operate our Apps. These typically include:
- Authentication providers (such as Google or Apple) — for sign-in
- Cloud infrastructure providers (such as Google Cloud or comparable database hosts) — for storing your account and App data
- App stores (Google Play, Apple App Store) — for processing purchases and subscriptions
- Advertising networks (such as Google AdMob, in Apps that show ads) — for ad delivery
- AI service providers (such as OpenAI or Anthropic, in Apps that use AI) — for processing content you submit
These providers are bound by their own privacy and security commitments. We may also disclose information if required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Nebula Interactive, our users, or others.
4. Where Your Information Is Stored
Your information is stored on cloud infrastructure operated by our service providers, primarily in the United States. By using our Apps, you consent to your information being processed in the United States, which may have different data protection laws than your home country.
5. Data Retention
- Account and App data: retained for as long as your account exists. If you request deletion, we will remove it within 30 days, except where we are legally required to retain certain records.
- Purchase records: retained as required by the relevant app store and applicable tax/accounting law.
- Aggregated, anonymized data: may be retained indefinitely for product improvement (this never includes information that identifies you).
6. Your Rights
Regardless of where you live, you can:
- Access the information we hold about you — email support@nebulainteractivellc.com with the subject "Data Access Request"
- Correct any information that is inaccurate
- Delete your account and all associated data — email support@nebulainteractivellc.com with the subject "Account Deletion"
- Export your data in a portable format on request
If you live in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you also have the rights under the GDPR to: object to processing, restrict processing, lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority, and withdraw consent at any time. The legal basis for our processing is your consent (for ads and account creation), the performance of a contract (for delivering the App and processing purchases), and our legitimate interests (for fraud prevention).
If you live in California, you have the rights under the CCPA/CPRA to: know what information we collect, request deletion, and opt out of "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. We do not sell your personal information. Some categories of data may be considered "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising under California law (such as the advertising identifier in ad-supported Apps); you can limit this using your device's advertising settings.
7. Children's Privacy
Our Apps are intended for users 13 years of age or older. Individual Apps may have higher age requirements. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us at support@nebulainteractivellc.com and we will delete it.
8. Security
We protect your information using:
- Encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) for all communication with our servers
- Encryption at rest, provided by our cloud infrastructure providers
- Access controls limiting who at Nebula Interactive can view account data
No system is 100% secure. While we work hard to protect your information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you within the relevant App or on our website and update the "Last Updated" date above. Your continued use of our Apps after the update means you accept the revised policy.
